Ben Nevis North face The North face of Ben Nevis.

If you have climbed Ben Nevis before or you're maybe a more experienced hill walker and feel you are up for an adventure then why not scramble or climb Ben Nevis by a route on it's magnificant North face.

There are a number of ways up, such as Tower ridge or any other of the classic ridges, the CMD arete, Ledge route or even just a walk up to the summit passing under the cliffs. On a good day the views from the 'Ben' are hard to beat and the Geology and Flora are a must to see.

If you choose to take on a route on this side of the mountain you will be following in the footsteps of some of the UK's greatest mountaineers through an area full of British Mountaineering history.

We offer private guiding for groups starting at £200.

Ben Nevis Classic ridges

The classic ridges of Ben Nevis are, Castle ridge, Tower ridge, North East Buttress and Observatory ridge. Although all of these routes are classed as rock climbing, there is a large proportion of the ground which is considered scrambling and only very short section of climbing. All of the ridges give fine long days out and are amongst some of the UK's longest routes.

Tower ridge is by far the most popular of these routes and is a must do for any mountaineer or climber, depending on route choice and experience we can guide up to three people per instructor on these routes with the price starting at £200.
